20years ago those "boys" from Boise kicked off a dream. Thank ya'll for being a class act and producing such a fine product. Loved the E. Don interview.....Heres to another 20!..I bought my first "custom" recurve from that first edition in the classifieds.
Got my issue yesterday! Love it!
Monty Browning " I sat by the fire starring at all our gear we had to haul wishing i could burn it!" .......Oh gosh did that ring home to me from a trip or two i have had in Alaska bush .......Open your Mag and be sure to read Monty's story first........it will be a classic.
That Monty is some story teller!!! Thanks for 20...and many more years to TJ and the gang! Mark
Just got mine yesterday, and as usual have already read it cover to cover. Monty...Kudos. David Petersen never disappoints. I look forward to 20 more years. Congrats TB.

Thanks TBM!! And Happy Birthday!!
Yesterday was the day for me too. Just an awesome magazine and hats off to TJ and the gang for taking the plunge 20 years ago.
I wonder how many people have "found" traditional archery again due to TBM?
Yes, super mag, keep it coming. And Robin is great to deal with if you've ever had a question regarding subscriptions!

I started my subscription with the second issue. Unfortunately I had to let it lapse this past year do to financial embarrassments. d;^) I always loved the hunting stories from some of the worlds best trad hunters.
Awesome mag, love the stories and info on traditional archery, has helped alot along the way. I really liked both neck knife articles, and Centaur bow reviews.
Loved reading the interview about the founding and early days of TBM. Happy 20th - and all best wishes for 20 more.
I still remember that first issue. A buddy picked it up at a newstand thinking it was for compound hunters. Brought it to work and said here you can have this, it's more your speed! Heck I never knew it was being published as I'd gave up on bowhunting rags years before! Have every issue since. Really liked Monty's story in this latest issue also.
Does anyone else have the misprint that I received? Fred Asbells article [ Neck Knives ] and the Centuar bow review are printed twice!
 my favorite magazine
