In this year's auction I won a set of 6 arrows for my son, from Benji. Adam, being the shooting nut he is lost or broke all but 1 through, Comptons, ATAR, Denton and various local shoots. Hi also went through 14 other arrows during that time.
So, after having met Benji at ATAR and spending time in camp and the courses, I figured who better to make Adam another set of arrows. I pmed him and asked him to make a dozen with blue and white fletching.
Benji uses Poplar shafts for the kid's arrows. They fly great from his bow and are durable. I asked that they be just simple arrows.
Here's what showed up.

Those are some lookers that's for sure!!
Boy, doesn't that just frost ya? Ask for simple arrows and he makes works of art! ;)
Beautiful!
May have to let them out just a couple at a time....lol...Nice arrows!!

I bought the 3 Cane arrows with stone points on St Judes auction that Benji offered. I was really impressed with his work. The arrows arrived, and I was very surprised to open the box and find 4 arrows instead of 3.
Benji and his arrows are first class.

Funny you should mention cane arrows, Billy.
When the St Judes arrows arrived, there were 2 cane arrows with field tips on them. They were never mentioned either. Just goes to show, he's a regular Trad Ganger :bigsmyl:
Terrific work!
I second that "couple at a time" advice!
