Title: Heavy vintage bows, need a time machine.

This is what happend to a lot of heavy bows back then....1970.   The weights are 60# and up for hunting models,  and 40# and up for target models.

I think I paid about twice that for my K Mag in the mid 60's. I still hve it  too.    :D  My wife shoots one too. Still about as nice a bow as there is. JMHO

You can't even buy a non shootable one for those prices nowadays.  :rolleyes:

I could not wait for the Sunday paper to read the West Hills ads they always had some left handed bows in stock.

40#'s and up were for targets and the 60lb.er's were ment for hunting.  Sounds like what I remember.
