On a roadtrip this past week through Wyoming and Colorado, I had the good fortune of meeting with Randy Burtis(FerretWYO). What a great guy. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly...one of the many good ones we have here among us. Thanks Randy!
As a side note, I also stopped in at the archery range in Fort Collins, CO. It's a nice place to shoot if you're in the area. I got to meet some of the local traditional shooters as they were gathering to shoot for their league night. Good guys, and ready to talk archery, even with a stranger. Thanks to them also.
All in all, it was a nice place to visit.

I sure enjoyed having Randy in Camp this year at Solana.....and was tickled to death he got a dandy buck as well. :campfire:

Gary it was an honor to meet you and your wife. Thanks for taking time out of your vacation to hang out with me.
I have had the honor of meeting some great people here. The time spent at solana was amazing. I know that there are many more.
Dan I am far from a legend. We should get together and fling a few arrows sometime though.

Yeah I enjoyed Randy's company as well at Solana this past January.....He a fine fella,and a good shot...just wish we could have spent more time together.
