Title: Gearing up with Onestringer and Renegade
Post by: Terry Green on August 08, 2009, 03:24:00 PM
I thought I'd better get busy as fall is fast approaching....I always like new wrap-fletch combos....and I even custom painted the nocks just for kicks.

These are some arrow wraps from Scott Hesterly....and some chartreuse and lime feathers from Joe Skip.

Thanks guys....they turned out great....got another half dozen too go.

Should be able to find them easily. Wonder what they'll look like covered in blood.

Terry, that's some sharp looking arrows. Shouldn't have no problems following their flight path!

"Shouldn't have no problems following their flight path!"

Terry,

That was my thinking, too!  May they fly true to the mark for you.  Happy Hunting, Ray.

Yeah Charlie, they'll never work    ;)

Better send them feathers(and arrows) back to NY, bet I can get them to work with my mis-matched set-up  Kwyk Styk

Terry,

Will you be venturing out into the woods of SC this weekend for the opening of the deer season, in the Lowcountry that is?  I won't!  I sweat like crazy just making the short walk from the house to the mailbox and back!  I have to get a towel and set under a fan on high speed and with the AC turned down to 72 to cool down.  I've been out of KS almost 40 years now and I've spent 33 and a half years of it in the Lowcountry.  I still haven't adapted to the heat and humidity!  :(

I thought I read somewhere that real men wear pink camo to match the pink fletching on their arrows!          :scared:      :biglaugh:
