The Savannah is as good as many bows costing over twice as much.  I had one for about a year, and it was a very good shooter, well balanced and plenty quick.  You will like it if you get one as long as it fits your style.

My buddy has one and it is quick and smooth. A very nice bow. Martin is the bow company and Savanna is the bow model.

I currently own and shoot one.  I like mine, and most likely will be hunting with it this year.  There are other bows I enjoy shooting (I am a Bear fan because of the history involved), but if I need to be sure to hit what I'm looking at, the Savannah does it for me.

A very surprising bow! Wish I still had mine on a rack for a back-up.

Good shooter.  George and Apex, you still have your Savannah's?

They are a reasonable bow but not great by any standards.  There are several custom bows that I have owned (my current Firefly is actually cheaper than a M/S and twice the bow)for the same price or less that make the M/S look very ordinary.

The one I had - when the bow was strung if One were to glance along the edge of the braced limb - it looked like the wobbly road to China.  Totally unacceptable for a bow of that price and name.

Look around - I believe you can do much better.

I have a 55 pounder that is a little too heavy for me but it shoots great. I got it set up to go hunting and wouldn't be afraid to take it out now.

No, I only own one bow not made by myself anymore, and that's a Bear Grizzly made the year I was born.

Keep your eyes open.  They don't come up for sale a lot, as I think those that have them like them and keep them-but they do come up for a decent price.  I found mine on Craig's List.
