Title: Dryad bows
Post by: Prairie Drifter on August 01, 2009, 08:58:00 PM
I am thinking about buying a Dryad longbow. Any opinions on them, as I have never shot one before.

Thanks

Maybe one of the best values on a custom bow out there.  Superb performance with even better workmanship.

My Orion is my new go to bow this year.. It is all I will hunt with in 09.. Yeah, it is that good.

I have had the privilage to shoot some of their bows at some shoots. I was very impressed. Their bows had very little if any hand shock, were very smooth and did I mention fast!

I have a Hunter BBO that is as fast and smooth as a glass backed bow. This bow has not taken any set since I bought it. I can't imagine how sweet the glass bows are.

Dryads are first class!!!

Great craftsmanship, great performance, great people that are going to back their product to the very end. Great value, great looking, and did I mention they are very very fast. I would recommend them to anyone. I personally own 3 and would jump at the chance to get another.

Had an Orion that was just plain awesome.  I vowed when I sold it that I would have another some day.  Can't say enough good things about that bow.  I've spent twice as much to get less performance.  I still regularly go to the web-site to look at the bow-art.

ya know I think I may be best to comment on the Dryad bows.  I picked one up on a trade early this year and never really shoot it due to another bow that I just got in.  After a few months I picked it up and WOW.  That thing is the quietest bow I think I have ever shot.  It will zip an arrow with the best of them and has become my go to bow now.  I was always kind of a horne guy but now I think my next by will come from Dryad.  I cant say enough great things about them.  Dont thing you could go wrong with one of them
