Might need 1916's, but with the shorter draw that might be stiff enough. If they shoot well go with it.

According to the calculator, your arrows should be about 29" long with 150g point weight. That would give you about 439g total arrow weight, which would put you over 10g per pound of draw weight. Shouldn't be a problem if you hit the spot.

draw 28 1/2''
I shoot 1916 w/125 gr tip.
theres only about 25 gr heaver than yours.
If they shoot good go for it.

I think with the 1916 you'll be fine. I recommend a razor sharp 2 blade like a magnus or Zwicky. Grizzly would be a great if you could get it sharp.

If your getting good arrow flite, go for it. Just pick a spot and keep your broadheads sharp.

I have shot 6 deer with the very same set up you describe.  Shots were between 10 and 18 yards.  Had exit wounds on 5 of the 6 using 2 blade First Cut broadheads.

Set-up sounds good. Shot placement is always a priority reguardless of weight of bow and set-up.Ed
