So the other day, my wife, 5 yr. old daughter and I went out and spent 2 hours picking blackberries and ended up with about a 1 gal. bucket full.
After talking the wife into making a cobbler, i decided to fletch up some new arrows for her bow.
I started with pre-finished Chundoo shafts from Twig Archery. Next came some patriotic wraps from "Onestringer". She wanted some color and picked the orange and chartruese; when she wasn't looking, I did 1 with the white and patriotic cock feather. After she saw that one, she changed her mind and wanted the rest to look like that :smileystooges:
The 3 turkey feather arrows are my first flu-flu/squirrel arrows for my 45 # long-bow I recently finished:
