Does Colorado have OTC cow Elk tags for sale in unit 751? Specifically archery.

The way I read the regs. - yes you can buy an Unlimited OTC archery tag for 751.

See the way I read the regs is that I could not, but could buy one during rifle season.....

Yea your good to go, 751 is OTC for archery
