49/28 bows...30 inch draw what weight carbon arrow recommedations???

500/400 spine depending on the bow and weight tip you want.

I am shooting 30 1/2" Axis 500s with 100 gr brass inserts and 145 gr 4 blade magnus bheads, 3 5" feathers. 50# recurve.  work great.  The 400s were too stiff.

Arrow Dynamics trad heavies should work for you with 200 or so up front. Asuming this is for a recurve.
