We have 2 openings for Rod's Shooting Clinic because of 2 guys who can't make it after all. Something about work...I don't know it just sounded like their priorities were a little off... ;) The Clinic will be July 18th, Sat. and July 19th, Sun. in Hood River, Oregon. The cost is $225 of which $100 of this is required as a deposit. I will give you more details if you are interested.
I'll take one of the two slots, if it's still available.
It's yours David! Glad to have you join us! I'll PM you with the details. This is going to be good!
David
Sent you a pm
Kurt
Got it Kurt. Sent you one back.
Hey Snag, I'll take the spot for sure if its still available. Sent a pm also, thanks. Doug
Before Treebeard gets on here, I will take the wind out of his sails.... yes Sean I'm so old I need two spots...
It's all closed now!!! We have a class! Let the fun begin!
I want to thank Doug, of Surewood Shafts, again for his generosity. He is donating several dozen of those beautiful douglas fir shafts for us to raffle off at the clinic! These shafts are the only wood shafts I make arrows out of now. This is a real treat! Thanks Doug!
Way to go Snag! You did it again-this time a sell out crowd in one day?! :clapper:
I am sorry I had to cancel but my priorities are right where they need to be, without income I would not be able to buy bows or pay the bills. I would be willing to bet that if anyone on the list lost their job they would not spend money on a clinic. I am sad I wont be able to meet you all but work is first and family second then the rest falls after that.....
Hey Brother,
Don't let folks make ya feel bad for doing what you feel is right. You have to make sure you and your family are tended to first. Keep your head up, it'll get better. Maybe you can go next time.
God Bless,
Charlie
You did what was right elkslayer...I was just kidding. You are a honorable man looking after you family before yourself. There will be next year if Rod is willing!
Already nailed down for next year as well David , Rod and I are planning to make this an annual event.
So hopefully the outlook will be better for next year elkslayer.
There you go Elkslayer! That's great news Ted. I would love to be apart of this as an annual event. I think I am an ongoing "project"!
Well guys, it's just like the monkey said when he got his tail caught in the lawnmower...."It won't be long now!" sorry, I couldn't help myself........ :biglaugh:
