You can get in touch with Chad (LBR) @ recurves.com and he can fix you up. He is a local guy too. I had a Canebrake and still miss it. Good bow. We have a small group of trad shooters that meet at the practise range at Herb Parsons Lake every Tuesday after work and shoot till dark if you ever want to join us. All just fun, no competition.

I just made a flemish twist string for my Canebreak which is 62" long also.  The string is on the bow and is 59" (this is allowing about  1/4" over the nock on each end.  I just saw somebody post the brace height should be 6.5 to 7.5"  Mine is stretched in at 7" and it is shooting way better than I ever thought.  That is one fast bow!
I used FF two seven strand bundles to make it and allowed extra length for the twists on each nock loop.  I find it doesn't slip so bad that way.  Hope this helps.  I was thinking of selling mine but I'm beginning to fall in "like" again.  Maybe even "love"!  LOL
