Fatman, you are correct Bear Quest 2008. Rick got the skull back in March and what a beauty. Shot with a Chuck Jones Okaw Osage Royale Longbow and a Glenn Parker broadhead and I think Rick can correct me if I am wrong a Ramin shaft.Flint

HI Greg,  Yes, I'll be there, but I won't be much help at the PBS booth.  I will be set up on my own as a vendor, but I'll send as much interest your way as I can.  Korbel XS   :campfire:  

Fatman, I'm really anxious to hear the stories.  I actually shot this one pretty early.  I went out the first evening, dead dog tired, just to sit.  Had three bears in.  Second evening was slow until about 7 when this guy came in.  Watched him for about 20 min.  Hadn't planned on killing out that early into the hunt, but could tell he was a good bear and didn't want to pass on him.  Spent the rest of the week fishing, sleeping, sweeping , washing dishes, skinning and cutting, running guys to and back from the lake baits and in general, goofing off.  All in all, a very good week in my life.   :archer:    I'm sure you will enjoy your week there, too.  Good Hunting!
