Today my cell phone rang as I was walking down the halls at work. I looked at the number and did not reconize the area code, I think it was 406. To my surprise it turned out to be Beth from Shafer Silvertip Bows! Yahooo! My bow will be in my hands by the end of this month! If you have gotten the call or even recieved your bow, then please pile on this thread. Seeing and hearing about new bows just makes it all the funner.

I talked to Rick Welch a few times a week.It looks like my Dakota Pro Hunter recurve will be ready. I'm flying to his house, in two weeks, for a few days, and will do a video review of the bow. This will be a companion to the Pro Hunter longbow Ihave.

Yesterday I received my 1 piece Mentor from Wes Wallace. All maccasor ebony over bamboo cores, 51#@28 and flat out smokes an arrow.
The wait sux but the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is worth it.

Killy, do believe that the WW will make its debut at ATAR, used a t/d mentor to hunt with and rally liked the way it handled so a 1 piece made it to the rack also.

Sorry it has taken me so long to post pics! My honeydo list has be long this summer! New baby coming in December means moma has got to rest and Im the clean-up crew inside and out. Junior and I have found a little time to fish and shoot the bows.
