hi all, looking for some help with a new glove. i currently shoot with a damascus but they wear out way to quick. looking at the glove from grizzly leathers that braveheart archery sales but can't decide. the only glove i can shoot with so far is a damascus so don't want to spend the money and hate it. i've been trying out a few different gloves this year and can't find one i like, so if you can recomend a glove that will let me feel the string like a damascus but last longer let me hear about it. later, gizz
Dura Glove from 3Rivers.
I have been shooting a goat skin glove from KK and it seems to be holding up pretty good. It is a new glove they sell and it is almost as thin as a Damascus.
Here's one to consider.

Ditto for me...great glove.
I really, really like the Grizzly glove from Braveheart Archery - great feel, slick nylon, and a price that's more than reasonable.
another bid for the Dura glove----great feel and long lasting. I shoot a 62# recurve with it and love it!
dura-glove
I've been shooting the grizzly for a couple years and realy like them, they are basicly the same as he 3R dura-glove. They both have the Cordura finger tips.
They have a slick feel to them and dont develope the grooves leather does.

The Grizzly glove and 3Rivers Dura glove are very similar in design and function, and are both excellent gloves if you like a slick release and good string feel.
Over time the tips may "fuzz up" a little. Hit the tips with an open flame (such as from a lighter) and the fuzz will be gone, doing so restore it to new performance and will extend the life of your glove.

Don't know which Damascus glove you have, but the one I have has Cordovan tips and I've been shooting it for 15 years or so,off and on, with no wear to the tips at all.

My big shot has lasted me a little over 3 yrs now. Great glove.
Grant, where did you get that? Pretty cool glove, never seen one.
rocky mountain supply!!!!!!!!!!!!#1 mark :)
Another vote here for the " DURA-GLOVE " from 3rivers..I wear a medium .if you do as well and order one and don't like it, I will gladdly take it off your hands so that your not out any money..
Dura glove here too. I have lots of tabs and gloves but this is all I use now.
Get a Super Glove from Alaskan Bowhunting Supply if you are on a budget. If you want to splurge get a DownUnder or anything from American Leathers.
I just got the grizzly glove and I like it.I'am not sure how long it will last, but it is a nice glove and sounds like what you are looking for.
Gary, if you hit the nylon tips with an open flame (such as a quick hit with a lighter) later on when they start to wear, they'll snap right back and your glove will last even longer.
