Hey Guys
Im sure some of you remember my thread asking how I could make the transition to solely trad bows. I finally sold my x-force tonight and have only my recurve left. It's official now.
Thanks!!

Wise choice! Welcome to the brotherhood!
The feeling is like when you're a kid and you ride a bike the first time without the training wheels, congratulaions!
COOL BEANS!
That's awesome! You should have no regrets.
The real adventures will begin now! You're about to become a much better hunter and have a lot more fun! Good luck and shoot straight.
Welcome you won't regret your decision. We'll be here if you need use.I look forward to your first harvest.
Great Move! I did that about ten years ago and never looked back! Best part is Trad is sooooo much fun. :D
... mike ...
the journey is great....
Hey I did the same thing this year, I started bow hunting in 1973, started with a RedWing Hunter than went to wheels 77 and 78 back to recurve, I was a black Widow dealer from 1982 to 1988 when Ken Beck dropped the dealer program, I have taken over 40 white tails and mule deer couple elk and bear, antelope, javilina, turkey, small game, than I got caught up in all the hype of the wheel bows in 1994,what a mistake I made, anyway I sold all that crap on **** and Archey talk this year, feels great to start over again with a real bow,
Those boys at double A archery are going to be pi$$ed! Congrats on the switch, you won't regret it!
Uh Oh. Youve done it now!
B.
Thats what I had to do 3 years ago----just take the wheels out of the closet and sell them---no moe crutch, no more mechanical backup. i was amazed at how my shooting came along when I KNEW I had to get this instinctive stuff down if I wanted to shoot something and quit finding arrows!
Congrats!!!1

Done the exact same thing; at least we won't spend over 100.00 putting strings and cables on.. :scared: I know how glad I made the switch and you will as well; good luck.... :campfire:
I think the guys down at the archery store (double a) think I will convert back to the wheels. I know this is what I needed to do to concentrate on the trad bows.
Yes there you go now your mind will be clear and with out thoughts of the dark side.
Way to go Josh.....I'm doin the same thing back east !
I did the same thing 2 years ago and have no regrets. I don't kill as many deer with a bow as I used to, but when I do it is so much more rewarding!
Don't need training wheels on my bows !! HA HA !! no regrets, you'll love it! Jason
AWESOME....NOW NEVER, NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE AGAIN!!!
Converted Feb of 2007 and haven't looked back...it is a blast!
