Here's one I made along the same lines. Works pretty good, and if I need to move at a moments notice, the legs fold down, and I can go to a cedar tree, or blow down if I want. I'll get a different rope for the other side and ditch the white stuff, but it WORKS! I guess I have a use for that old safety rope after all! :) I'd like to see everyone's "go to" for ground pounding. SO POST THOSE INNOVATIVE CREATIONS BREWED FROM EXPERIENCE AND NECESSITY!!!!

I think I'm gonna get ambushed!!! Doesn't she know baiting is illegal in Nebraska?

I'll have to get a picture, but on my essentially "stock" Torges seat, I used some tie wraps to make two loops. These loops are positioned to hook into the clips that hook the shoulder straps to my fanny pack. The seat rides on the top/back of my fanny pack and is quick to get to. Great for run and "gun" hunting for piggies in the Georgia swamps.

Took the seat part from a climber I had. I also have many plywood seats around the woods.
