Monday, opening day in West Virginia, 04-27-09, Beautiful morning to make some mojo, 16 yd shot, hit him perfect and he went about 40 yds, 10 inch beard, Yukon Tracks Blind, 60" Zipper SXT longbow, 45#, Magnus Stinger 4 blade, 520 grain arrow. My 11 year old son got the twin to this one w/his 20ga on a youth hunt Saturday...wow! what are we going to do this weekend??

I "MIGHT" have my SXT before our season is done. I promised not to bug Bill about it though. Congrats on a great turkey and a great bow!

Man, what a nice bird.Im glad you and your son are having such a great season.I may have to have you mail me some of that mojo.It seems to be a little short around here. :rolleyes: The birds are kicking my butt.Again Congrats!!

Guys, thanks for all the kind words, God has been good to us. I am thankful that I have great equipment and we seem to be on a lucky streak! I am always lurking on here trying to pick up new tricks and even though i don't post much...i am always soaking up all the valuable information that is offered on tradgang.

You definatly have great equipment. Dosen't get any better than Zipper!!! :thumbsup: :notworthy: What limb cores do you have, Bamboo or Foam??

I have the foam core limbs, I hope to pick up another set at ATAR this summer, Bill has? a #40 set with tiger maple, that I keep wishing for...I have not done any scientific testing on the foam vs. bamboo, which all my other bows have, but to the eye that #45 Zipper will really smoke a 500+ grain arrow!!!
