Title: My very first "woodies"
Post by: Winterhawk1960 on April 29, 2009, 10:15:00 AM
I would like to personally thank Stu Miller for agreeing to make me, my very first "woodies". He has been a real pleasure to work with on this adventure. These pictures show his talent and perfectionism in detail. I can't wait to shoot these "works of art".

Stu......YOU are the man, and I am looking forward to both, meeting, and shooting a round or two with you at Comptons this year.

Thank-You again......sir.

Wow.  Those are nice.  You'll need to shoot a few hundred yard shots with those to get to watch them a bit.  Good lookers.

Those are about the trashiest looking pieces of junk I have ever seen..... better send them to me so I can dispose of them in an enviromentally sound way, haha !!!

Absolute works of art ! I am drooling still over sets #1 and #3 in the pics. AWESOME !!!

stump man,

I believe that Stu told me that they are Sitka Spruce. I do know that they are stained, but don't know with what or how much.

More art than anything else.  I don't know if I could bring myself to use them.

Great looking arrows for sure.

Great looking arrows. I have always liked the way spliced feathers look. I have never gotten up the courage to try it myself. Nice!

Very nice arrows.  I like the way you do the different variation to your personal crest pattern.  Sort of ID's your crest pattern.
