My son is 10 years old and is expressing alot of interest in deer and turkey hunting, so I'm looking to buy a nice but cheap blind. He also shoot's a recurve so I need somthing we can shoot our bows out of!! any help or ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks Jason
Jason, this blind is cheap with great features. The large size is great for trad bows. The large shoot through windows are great. Notice the height of them vertically. I've been in a lot of different blinds and they are all ok shooting left or right but when you go to shoot up or down the window height is the most important feature. Great fabric that's black inside. Hub style which is easy to take up and down. Lots of great features in a sub $200 blind.

yukon tracks enforcer elite
i think even if your forced to spend $400 it will be worth the memories you will get from the experience!
i can't say from experience b/c ive never used it but when researching blinds the yukon seemed to be the one with the best specs for the price. should be plenty big enough for the two of ya. you could look at ameristep to they have some decent ones depending on the size of your bows.
I was at one of the big sporting stores we don't mention and there was camo cloth with a pole on the ends. It was eight feet long and a couple of feet high. You just stretch it out and stick the poles in the ground and you have a instant blind. Your head wouldn't be covered but your body would be. That is the cheapest way to go.
I've got an Ameristep Brickhouse that I got for a bout $80. Works perfect for me and my kids. I only shoot my short bows out of it.
I agree with trapperdave, I just bought one and I like it. Just 17 lbs.
My wife picked me up a hub style blind from Sam's club for under 200.It's plenty big for 2 and is easy to set up
The primos ground max from cabelas is inexpensive and very effective also.
I second Stoney. The Primos Ground Max is a great blind. I've been using one for the last 2 seasons. Can't go wrong for $130.
Ameristep TSC Penthouse. $180 Cabelas, 92" inches high, 78" inches square, pop-up style, 28#. Backpack case 20" round in diameter, 3" thick. Karen and I use one for turkey. Goes up in 2 minutes, down in the same. - Jay Campbell, JD
The Yukon blind looks to be a good deal! I will probably check into one! Thanks for all the input. Thanks, Jason
There is a Yukon in the classifieds for under $100
Yukon will work in a pinch, don't know about durability (mine's made it two season so far!)
A fella on here sent me a private message about a DB blind and I accidentally deleted it! I wish I knew who that was! anybody? Thanks, Jason
