This was my first attempt at leather work. I found a couple of different build alongs and used a few ideas from each. I think it turned out good, a little stiff but I think it will break in ok. I started Friday evening and finished up a little while ago. I wanted a natural color and used some shoe polish and then a leather protector. I also used an antler tip for the pocket. It was challenging at times but very rewarding. Just a few things to add to dress it up. Let me know what you think.

Very good Matt. Now get that thing broke in and it will last a long time.
simply Fabulous!
Thanks for all the kind words.
I have been wearing it around the house to break it in, my family thinks I'm a little nuts. I have a question, should I wear it with or without arrows in it? Also I have put a couple of cotes Obenauf's leather preservative on it so far, what do you use to soften yoours up? I'd love to see some pictures of yours and any other words of wisdom you may have.
wow, very nice.
Nice

i do the same - my wife already knows i'm whacked, and the dogs just give me a bored look. :D

imo, don't matter - feels better with arras, though.

a bit of leather preservative at first, then take it out on a lotta dates in the woods - seriously
I'd love to see some pictures of yours and any other words of wisdom you may have.
i really like yer quiver - now go on outside and USE it!
i like big, stiff back quivers for hauling a lotta arras when roving ... and softer, more conforming 'hill style' back quivers for 'other stuff'.

Very nice!
Rob, those are very nice. I found your design on the web and was one of the post I kept reffering to while I was building it. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and putting it in an easy to understand format.
