Maybe airbrushed?
Hi Terry; These are Schafer limbs of course. The process is quite simple but tedius . it is done the same a the camo limbs , using a very thin cloth with desired pattern, Zebra, leopard, snow leopard, camo etc. The cloth is placed between the outer Glass and the limb core, getting the correct amount of glue between the lams, glass and cloth and keeping it all aligned and any loose threads picked off so they don't crack the glass when it is under pressure and of course keeping the patterns the same is where it all gets tricky. Here ( hopefully) are a couple of Kempf static limbs with animal patterns. I have a DVD on the way to me made in the mid 80's. It features You, Pauly, Vinnie, Roger and yours truly. Apparently Vinnie had his video camera running during our Bear hunt . Will make you a copy as soon as i receive it!
