I just ordered a half dozen to see how I liked how they flew out of my bow. Have been using Woodsmans. They fly great but they just don't stand up to any kind of abuse. Shot a 250# boar last weekend, first shot was a perfect 20 yard broadside shot that my arrow deflected off one of the near side ribs sending the shot through one lung and the liver. Exiting just in front of the paunch. Follow up shot was a little hurried and derect hit between shoulder and neck. Arrow stuck under the spine. Both broadheads were bent along the blades making them unusable. I'm hoping the 160 grizzlies hold up better. Has anybody used them. Like input good or not so good!

I have been using the 145's with a 30 grain screw in insert. They shoot great but they did take quite a bit of work with a bastard file and my KME sharpener to get them razor sharp. If you do choose to use them for your hunting, contact Ron at KME and ship your new heads to him. He has the equipment to sharpen the buggers for you. Ron is a sponser here and I know him personally. He is a great guy and cares about the products and service he provides for his customers. This is just my 2 cents.
I had every intention on contacting Ron about the grizzlies. If I'm going to hunt with them I want them done right from the start! I really enjoy sharpening knives and broadheads but when it comes to rebeveling and balancing a broadhead I think it would be better left to a pro.

They are strong and awesome a little hard to sharpen but oh well theyre worth it. I use the 125 grain heads with a 75 grain steel adapters and they are indestructable and they fly great! go with em!
Very strong heads, among the head of the class in that regards in fact IMO. They require some time in intitial sharpening, but once done they take and hold a great edge, and touch ups are a breeze.
