Title: Who Makes Compressed Ceader
Post by: Jack Wright on March 27, 2009, 05:27:00 PM
I will be getting a new Whip in a couple of weeks and need to get some new arrows to shoot through her. I have been shooting compressed ceader in my present bow and would like to shoot the same from the new bow but my arrow maker says no more compressed ceader. Any one here make them or know of where I can go. I do need fletched arrows and not just shafts. Jack

Compressed or burnished? No one truly compresses cedar since Bill Sweetland's Forgewood shafts quite being made. There are some people who draw the shafts through a draw plate and burnish or surface compress the shaft.
