Title: Good folks at whisperstick
Post by: Buckeye Trad Hunter on March 27, 2009, 02:19:00 PM
I recently purchased a mojostick from the classifieds.  When it arrived a few days ago it had a twisted limb.  Between myself, the seller and J.D. at whisperstick we determined that it most likely happened in shipping.  Anyway on to the point.  I emailed J.D. about this and how to fix it since he is the bowyer and even though I bought the bow used he has been nothing but helpful.  He even requested that I keep him updated on how everything turned out after we discussed how to fix it.  He also said that if I couldn't fix it that I could send it back and he would fix it for what I tought was a very fair price.  Especially since I bought the bow used and it had no warranty.  Any how I just thought that when someones customer service is this good and they just seem to be an all around good person that more people should know.  This is the only way that I tought I could thank him for being so helpful.

I tell you, it is very hard to get his limbs to twist. They are dang tough. The way he builds them they have very solid tips. I guess with enough neglect or improper storage/packing anything is possible.

Yep, JD sure is a good guy! He did a little upgrade to my bow I bought used here in the classifieds! Sent it to him without a bow sock, he did the work on it, when it arrived back here he shipped it with a bow sock and got it back in less than a weeks time, only charged me shipping! Thanks again JD!
