a target stand i saw at batmans gave me the idea for this . the materials were 4 peices of 1x6, 8peices 3/4 stock for foam stops,a handful of 8x1 1/4 wood screws. here,s what i did .. i made a frame and installed the foam. this helps keep it square. http://i602.photobucket.com/albums/tt101/broketooth/IM000710.jpg http://i602.photobucket.com/albums/tt101/broketooth/IM000711.jpg thenused the 3/4 stock to make inner frames front and back as foam stops http://i602.photobucket.com/albums/tt101/broketooth/IM000712.jpg
these are the feet i made to support the target ,i used 3/8 scrap plywood.

sorry about the big pics i tried to resize. im new at this please help me
Great project, great pic's, thanks !
That looks great and when the hole in that target gets to big just fill it in with some of that expanding foam insulation. Make sure you let it cure real good though before you put an arrow into it.
Great job!
If you want to make it easier to post pics, make it where photobucket automatically reduces your pics to 640X480 pixels and you won't have to worry 'bout it.
i thought it was fun . i was thinkin about painting it blaze orange, drab green, and drab brown camo what do y'all think
Thanks,I think I will make one, only mine will have to be bigger for that ocasional flyer.
Good job Ruddy. DB
