I got out of the shop and took my new flatbow design out for some "field trials". Passed with flying colors.
This was what I worked on this winter and so far it is an awesome bow. When I get it closer to done I will post it up here to show and tell you about it. (http://i593.photobucket.com/albums/tt12/twotracks/P1000329.jpg)
Looks good Chuck!! It was a great day to be outside yesterday.
I just did some flight shooting at lunch time and I put a 450gn arrow a few steps past 300yds. Not bad eh? It is kind of hard to see but just to the left of the top limb, in the first pic up top, is a nice buck rub. This pic is from this morning.
I am happy with this bow, It is very Quiet, smooth(dead in the hand) and sends an arrow to the mark with authority.

Chester, how is the bow making coming along? Need anything?
Drew, You can't be more than a bow shot away, stop over and test it out for me.
I'll test out a lh version for ya!, that bow does look really cool, how long is it?, will it come in short lengths?
thanks
Ian
