Momentum=grainsXsppeedX2.2/225218  or you can just plug in your numbers in at bowjackson.com

OOPS!!  wrong formula, momentum in slug force is grainsXSpeed/225218.  Impact force is grainsXspeedX2.2/15434 and KE is Speedxspeedxgrains/450240
