I've been quietly enjoying my new to me Shrew Classic Carbon - I'm not real good on the whole "resizing" pics thing, or figuring out how to post them up.
I can say, though without a shadow of doubt - it is everything I was hoping, and more.
:D

Tim, I'm envious of those folks buried in the cemetary behind you and your doe -- a final resting place that's sufficiently quiet and natural and off-the-path that you can hunt deer over their graves! That's what I call going out in style! Dave
Dave, I dont think that is a cemetary. It looks as if the trees are wraped, probably to protect them from critters eating or rubbing on them !!
Here's a few I've had.
Harmless -- yep, I should have put on my reading glasses! Well, there goes that romantic idea ...
Dave that some nice Shrews, ok guys show us ur SHREWS!!!!!!!!!!!! :wavey:
Thanx Bob, I knew you could fix it!
Eric
Eric , thats some looker bows buddy! sweet...mark
Hey Dave....hope all is well!
Yep...Mark is correct those are tree wraps. We have a nursery down in back of the house and the frisky bucks tap into their profits pretty quickly when they get the rubbing.
Talk to you later.....Tim
Wow Bob, that was an amazing fix! Was that hard to do?
Meanwhile, here's a pic or 2 of an older model Shrew I used to own. I just wish I'd have taken some better pics of it when I had it:
