got my first recurve shot it some but not nearly as much as i plan on this year i just put a quiver onto the bow with arrows in the arrows get in the way of stringing the bow i was told when i got the bow tha tth elarger loop of the string went on the upper limb my question is does this matter can i reverse the string and string the bow reverse of what i have been?
Are you saying the quiver mount is in the way ? The quiver should be mounted as close to the riser as possible . Hope this helps. Drew
Just remember to reset your nock point.
If you flip the string over, your nock point won't be in the right place.
Can you describe your bow quiver? I've never heard or had a problem stringing a bow with a bow quiver on. Are you using a stringer or the "step through" method.
If so DON'T..get a stringer

No, The bigger loop is on the top so it can slide up or down the limb when stringing and unstringing you'r bow. The smaller loop won't slide far enough to allow you to string it.

Get a bow stringer.
Get a bow stringer, there cheep and wont damage the bow and will solve your problem
