Today was an awesome day to go on hike with the Wife and our bows for some stump shooting and some awesome time out. It was a bit chilly but it was a blast with great temps to hike and shoot in. My beautiful wife is a crack shot and keeps me on my toes plus she's fun to look at :D . the stream you see me shooting over when i'm on the log was over flowing the other day and that log was under water.

Way Kool!
I'm tellingyou Lee and Tiffany's days are numbered.
Good job Man!
Excellent use of a day Paul. Great photos.
It doesn't get any better than that.
Lee and Tiffany.... :biglaugh: Man that is funny. It was such a blast, Can you believe that we are blessed enough to walk to our little 150 acre area and do this...Blesse indeed.

ok I'm jealous. My wife wouldn't shoot with me
Jer Bear
I remember when my wife looked like that, seems like ages ago and I'm only 36 years old.
Thanks for posting... looks like some fun was had. Well done mate.

Fine way to spend the day
Great stuff! ;) Looks like a blast! :D
TRADPAUL  you guitar players always get the pretty girls :notworthy:
Longbow1 i have always said it seems like a guy should be able to sue for false advisement, people do for everything else it seems :biglaugh:
very nice paul, thanks for sharing.Don
longbow1 left out that his wife is expecting. ;)
Expecting what??
Fantastic!!!
Remember these times when the ice tray is left empty, the cap off the tooth paste or whatever is frosting you at the time, and it all seems pretty insignificant. My wife shoots/hunts with me too, as so many don't, but the times like you have shared here really help in the hard times that eb and flow through a marriage.
It is a lot like shooting a trad bow, if you don't work at it...well it just won't be satisfying. I could go on about the little hunters in our camp that now put food on the table too, but I will digress.
Thanks for sharing this. I am sure I will log on later today to look at your fun times depicted here again. It made me smile as I look toward the short fifteen year mark we are headed for this year.
I wish you well in all that you two endeavor TOGETHER!
That is way too cool!
Looks to me like you both are very blessed!
AWESOME, nice to put a face to a name. Hope those Eclipse heads work for you. BILL

I think Charles plays a guitar too...

:biglaugh: Comments like this always make me laugh when I see they're just wearing an extra sweater, no gloves. Looks like beach weather to a Canadian.
I am envious that you have good stump shooting weather year round, hard to do that up here with 2-3 feet of snow in the bush. Nevermind the -25 temps we get regularly!!!It'll be another month before I can even think of a hike like that.
Good times!
longbow1
hope your wife doesnt read that!
Looks like a great time---good to see you have a camera with too. In 25 years you and your wife will get a kick at looking back on those 'younger days'.
Looks like fun for sure! That's a nice armguard she has. I haven't seen one like that.
Way to go Paul! I'm glad she's enjoying the new bow and those PINK feathers sure look good sticking outta that stump! :wavey:
Yes, I did fail to mention my wife is expecting. It just sounded funnier without that information. David, I'm actually back at the hospital again, more complications. I appreciate all the kind words and thoughts.
You guys crack me up. Joe thanks for the Arrows and the bow which she loves. Did I mention that she has given me two beautiful boys....
Drew, The bow she is shooting is a Ed Mikuta Longbow that Joe skipp helped me out with, Had Ed make it just for her.
We're from CA so anything in the 20-30 degree range is a bit chilly...I dont know how you other guys do it with all that snow.

It's been a bit since I have been on here, but seeing how much I blushed at all the sweet comments, I figured it was my time to get on and turn the tables on my Hubby.
Let me tell you all, I am the lucky one. His passions in life have always moved me to better stages of my own life. If I had never met this man who seems to always be carrying the hope, ambition, and passion the size of the world in his palms, than I would be a much less interesting person. Without him, I would never have been able to believe in myself enough to try adventurous things such as archery, rock climbing, air gunning, knife fighting, and even a marathon, (yes he can do all) He has not pushed, but has invited me alluringly to the world of seeing life for what it should be...LIVED! Okay Paul, I hope you blushed! When I am wrinkly and gray, when I look back, I wont remember the recession or the rent bill, I will remember this walk in the woods, shoot'n stumps and sneaking in a kiss or two :archer: :)

I'm jelous too, my wife just shoots at me! ;)
Great couple...Thanks for sharing the pics. :clapper:
She's got that classic thumb up finder grip on that string. A good clue to her success I bet.
Hunting together keeps you together. I know and you can call home and ask my wife!
Good looking couple, but she's a lot purtier' 8^). Dang son, you play a guitar too? I have a Gretsch Jet I like to pick....been pickin' for over fifty years.
Now that's just KWEUL Paul!
