Title: Rinehart Broadhead Buck?
Post by: Mojostick on March 03, 2009, 07:35:00 PM
Anyone use one of these? I've done some online research and read that some compound guys have problems removing arrows. How about trad bows with field tips? I assume pulling arrows would be no problem. I found a floor model on sale and think I may buy it. I like the vitals showing too.

I have one and may get another one this summer.  Never had an issue pulling broadheads or field points from this one or any of the other four Rhineharts that I have.  They are awsome targets, about all you can say. dino

They are great targets.  I have one but I dont use it for broadheads.  Mine has taken 1000's of arrows with field points and it still holding up strong on the original insert.

Very good target.  We shot one for three years and only replaced the kill zone once.  Never had a problem pulling arrows.

The Best on the market...I have the exact one, been shooting it every day for the past 3 months and it still looks new....on the contrary my old Delta buck was shot completly out in half that time. Reinhart all the way.

On sale... grab it quick!  They are a great target.  Our club has some that we use for our 3D shoots.  They hold up the best.

I don't know if I have the same target but this is mine, holds up nice, actually did a school project for it. I have put many broadheads in it ....

IMO opinion they are the best targets around...if you found one on sale grab it!

Also I have never had an issue removing arrows either. The club I was in had three rounds worth of Rineharts and I never seen or heard of anyone having issues removing their arrows.

Yep, thats the one I have. Im just amazed at the quality and how well it "self heals" after you shoot. No problems pulling arrows either..definetly a best buy, got mine in one of the e-*** stores for approx, $160.00.

Never had a problem with the Rinharts and fp's with trad gear.  Compound is another story though.  Good targets!

Do you leave these rinehart targets outside in the elements or do you bring them in storage when not in use? I need a new target but want something I can leave out. Thanks RP

Well, I bought the Rinehart target yesterday and shot last night and this morning. It sure seems like a super high quality target. Pulling arrows is absolutely no issue. And the holes seem to seal back up after the shot.

I have a Glendale Buck too, which I do like. But the Gledale insert eats up fast if you use broadheads. I'll get another insert for my Glendale, but I'll only use that for field points from here on out.

I've shot my 70 pound compound at mine and never had an issue removing arrows.  It's a sweet target.

What arrows do you shoot rock hunter?  My 70# compound and carbon Vapor and GT's I have to basically stand on the target to get them out with field points.

Trad gear though it's great with wood and even better with aluminum.

I leave my target outside all the time for the one that asked.
