I desided to spend the day stalking pigs so I packed my lunch into my quiver grabbed my PSA-X and headed off for the woods. I took a few pictures over the several mile hike this land is thousands of acres of unbroken timber and real rough country. I saw several dozen bedded hogs and put a stalk on them but one of them saw me and the whole group blew out of there before I was in range. Other than that I saw lots of fresh sign includeing a real fresh muddy wallow with hog tracks everywhere I took a picture of and a bunch of deer includeing a medium sized buck that still had is antlers.I also found a hog trail that was wore smooth out and I took one last picture of me overlooking miles and miles of rolling ridges and timber such a beautiful sight to still have such places in the crowded world we live in. I hated to have to go home and start getting ready for work this week but the sun set and it was time to go back home.
