Saxon Pope's book is available free on the internet (along with a few other classic archery titles). You can find them here:

I've got a copy of Saxon Pope's book called Hunting with the Bow and Arrow. It's on normal A4 paper bound together with cable-ties.

Saxton Pope's "Hunting with the Bow and Arrow" is either free online, or readily available from  www.amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com)  ,  www.3riversarchery.com (http://www.3riversarchery.com)  , or  www.kustomkingarchery.com (http://www.kustomkingarchery.com)  .

If you want to search for second-hand copies of his more rare book, "The Adventurous Bowmen", I'd suggest looking on  www.alibris.com (http://www.alibris.com)  or  www.abebooks.com (http://www.abebooks.com)  or  www.amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com)  from time-to-time.

Other books worth looking for are "Lions in the Path" by S.E. White, and David Putnam's "David Goes to Greenland".

Both these pioneers are included briefly in numerous traditional bowhunting books' history sections.
