Title: Brass weight washer question
Post by: Rooselk on February 21, 2009, 09:13:00 PM
I'm thinking of trying some Easton 2020 Legacy arrrows using a 150 grain Magnus Stinger broadhead. The problem is that I can only find 145 grain field points for practice. I know 5 grains isn't much of a weight difference, but I'd like the broadheads and field points to be the same weight. I've noticed that trad stores like 3Rivers and Kustom King sell brass weight washers that can be used to put behind a field point. My question is, does anyone here know the weight of these washers? It is not listed on either of the websites.

5 grain washers from the 3r site:

"Place these behind your screw-in points to adjust point weight and flight characteristics. Available in 5/16" and 11/32". 5 grains each."

I guess the others are the same,  dino
