I've drooled over Bob's bows for years and one finally came to me today in the mail. I have shot it 24 times and already I can tell this bow is all I've heard they are and more. I've never said this about a bow before but I believe it is my soul mate...Is that weird????
Morrison Cheyenne, A riser with B limbs making a 56" bow. Riser is Macasser Ebony with Bocote flair. Limbs are eastern diamondback skins with Bamboo cores and Kudo antler tips.

WOW! That is beautiful!!

I had one sized just like it although mine wasnt as pretty as yours! They are sweet shooters, it's the only recurve I ever regret selling.
-
Now don't forget and leave in the back on the truck with those bolts of wood and go driving around! lol So, is that Blacktail feeling a little jealous? Love that wood.
-
Yep, That is pretty.I'm waiting on a new set of Bobs limbs myself. That bow makes me very impatient.Best shooter I ever had was that set up with the c limbs. You will love that bow.

-
I love Bob's bows.
And they shoot great!
You will like the pinecone also.
Very nice bow Congrats!
-
Nice bow.
Try a set of Bobs Cheyenne foam core limbs and you'll really love it. As good as the boo core limbs are the foam limbs are 10x better. Faster, smoother and quieter.
-
Super nice, I just ordered a new riser after talking with the Morrison's and I don't even have limbs yet.(Don't ask:)She talked me right into it. Never shot one but I am very hopeful it will be what everyone says they are

Ghostman, Bob sent me a bow about a month ago and it had the foam core limbs. I know what you mean. I'm keeping my eye on the classifieds.
-
Wow, that's a looker! I'm glad you like it Tom!
Now go shoot some more, it only gets better and better! ;)
-
TJ, Those limbs look familier. I told you they would draw smooth and smoke an arrow. And they have mojo in them from past kills. Enjoy, Steve
-

How long is the wait these days?
-
Purdy!!
-
KentuckyTJ-He already the limbs done and for sale on the in stock section. Just called him up and told him what I wanted the riser to look like. Had the Mun Ebony in stock. Shouldn't take long for the riser to get made. Will post pics when it arrives!!! A full bow from start to finish I think he said about 6-8 mo.
-
Man TJ that's one sharp looking bow I love Macasser Ebony with Bocote. Bet it shoots as good as it looks !! Congrats !
-
It does Dave. It is very stable shooting for a short bow and my groups are very tight. I've never shot this well. The Kentucky deer are in big trouble next season. If you have never shot a Morrison don't wait any longer they are top shelf.
Thanks T.J.
-
Wow Kentucky what a beautiful bow!! Would it be possible to post a picture of the kudu horn tips? Ive always wondered what they look like, sounds cool. Thanks, if you can.
-
those are Kudu tips on the last photo I but up
-
Wait a minute Matebele...You are from Zimbabwe and you want to know what Kudu tips look like????
I'll take a closeup tonight and post it for you if you are serious. As you can kind of tell, they are very dark almost black.
-
That is one beautiful stick. Cograts.

Ah yes, now you have it, "Morrisonittis". That is a nice combination you have.
Have not been without one or more for about 8 years. I have an older pre Cheyenne T?D recurve within my reach as I type this, and a used Shawnee Dakota on the way. Life is good to those who know about The Morrison's bows. Mr. and Mrs. are both as great to talk with as their bows are to shoot. I think I will go out and shoot mine right now. Congrats on a "Fine Find"

"Morrisonittis" I like it.

Mike since we are friends and I know your wife has your money I'll tell you, you probably shouldn't come and shoot this bow because you are going to want one after that.
