How long is your draw? That makes a big difference in what weight arrow you will need. I have a Treadway 51@28 and I draw 27" and shoot a 35/55 gold tip cut to 28" with 225 up front...Howard

The brace height on a Treadway in very critical. I was fooling with my the other day and with to 8" and my arrows showed weak spine

i think the 2117s are gonna be too stiff and the 1916s too weak.I think a 2018, or 2115 cut to 29 would be a good bet.You might get some 100 gr,125 gr and 145 gr 5/16th points for either of these sized arrows to give you options for increasing or decreasing spine on those arrows to fine tune.

I think 2117's. I was shooting 29" 2117's with 145gr. points out of my 52# Black Swamp. I draw just over 28".

Did you ask Mike for recommendations. When I got my Treadway back in 2000 Mike's recommendation is what I went with and never looked back.

Wood is all I use. My woodies for my Treadway are about 10# over draw weight. I believe they are 60#-65# spine weight and my draw weight is 56#@26".

Nice bow, Dave.  I like the looks of the Blackswamp design.  I have my doubts that the 55-60 are going to work for you.  I would suggest 65-69 for your 28.5" - 29" arrows, esp if shooting a heavier point.  You might get away with a 60-64 with a light point.  I could send you a few 65-69 to try.   Rick
