That is a really nice bow!! Great work J.D.!
Very nice
Hey J.D.! i cannot wait to put my hands on this bow! It is beautiful. It will always have a special significance to me. Your post in January about your new take-down came at a special time for me. My wife had been in the neuro icu unit for a little over 3 weeks with a brain aneurysm suffered at the young age of 49. i had spent every day & nite with her. Thru the help of a friend i was able to get hooked up with a laptop so i could log onto Tradgang. Having to decide riser woods, etc. and pm'ing you back and forth gave me a break from the intensity of what was going on with my wife's recovery. Now thanks to the positive thoughts and prayers from a lot of the members here and thru out the world, i have a new bow (almost) & a wife who is almost 100% completely recovered! The doctors say she will have a complete recovery within the next month! Thanks guys and girls and J.D. a special thanks to you! :)
Looking good!!!
Very nice indeed...love that myrtle!
Josh
P.S. I hope your wife continues to recover...sounds like she's on her way!

My thoughts exactly!!!
Great woods, great looking finish. Continued prayers for Randy's wife's full recovery and many days enjoyed together. The bow and the wife of course.
Randy, You dog...that sure looks nice. Thinkin' & wishin' good thoughts for you & your family...Doc
great bow!! :bigsmyl:
That's a smart looking bow right there.
 :coffee:
Lanier, you got a deal..hopefully be coming to Athens within the next month.
Doc, i know, what can i say, & i just told David i was thinning out the herd!
Now that grip is what I am talking about!! If I could ask, what is the measurement at the throat and around the mid palm? I can shoot anything with some meat to it!! Also love the rounded limb tip for bottom limb! Very Nice! Shawn
Shawn, i will defer to JD on that since i don't have the bow in my sweaty little hands yet! i ordered it with the asbell grip...maybe JD is on the "board"...
Shawn- YOu will have to have Randy measure it when he gets it. I dont have any set circumference on the grip. Everything is hand shaped without models. I have made grips that I cant fit my hand around, and others that my finger is touching the middle knuckle of my thumb. I leave that up to the purchaser. I'm trying to leave the "custom" in custom bows. JD
Maybe "rastaman" will bring to the plantation next year, if so I might make to give it a try. Good looking bow man, and best wishes on your wife's complete recovery.
Shawn as soon as i get it i will shoot you the measurements, how's that!
lilbobby i will bring it to Enon...hope to see you there!
nice bow bro. :archer:
Sounds good rastaman, if you can't make it, JUST SEND THE BOW ALONE!
Beautiful bow! I've got one coming next week. It's a recurve with osage and bubinga.... and foam core limbs...
Cannot wait!
Mel
Very nice!
i'll see what i can do lilbobby!
