Hi all,
I'm just wanting to "jazz" up some GrizzlyStik carbons that I bought with some wraps before I put on some spliced fletchers.
So the $64 000 question: who here does custom wraps for carbons? I'm wanting to put my own length and crest on 'em is all... and I'm very fussy when it comes to arrows and cresting as some of you already know.
Many thanks,
ak. :saywhat:
Al,
Onestinger, he can make what you want. Great wraps. I believe he is a sponser here. Check the "sponser" drop down box.

Thanks Danny... thought I'd give these Grizzly sticks a crack, see what all the hype was all about!

Onestringer is a must I just found out about this guy. real nice fella .We talked just the other day.I got 4-5 doz. my self.If you know what you might want he can make it.Not to mention his big selection.
Hey Al, "Onestringer Wraps" for sure, They'll make exactly what you want. Length, design, color, whatever....and great to work with bud
Yea! What everybody said. Onestringer is the way to go.
... mike ...
With the G-Stiks being tapered make sure you get tapered wraps. AK Bowhunting sells wrap that are made for G-Stiks.
I learned from "southpawshooter" that if you start a reg. wrap in the middle and go one way, then the other they come out perfect on a tapered shaft.
Give it a try, I've done and it works

Yea I can hook you up, thanks for the kind words guys.
AK Bowhunting does not sell tapered wraps. Theirs are a standard 1.25x7.
To get them straight on Grizzly sticks. Just line up the arrow wrap to the natural taper of the shaft.
I suggest getting a few extra wraps, it will take a couple of practice runs to get the cresting to line up.

I use Onestringers on all my arrows...and they are all Arrow Dynamics tapered shafts.
I ordered some from Battledrum custom wraps and was happy with the product and service. Not trying to steer you away from other brands but "options" is always nice!
Thanks all for the posts. And yes I was thinking just how was I going to put a wrap on a tapered shaft.
Scott, cool site mate! Now I gota work out what style of wrap I like!

Thanks for the info Onestringer, I thought at one time AK Bowhunting did sell a tapered wrap.
The past few dozen I've done all I use is reflective tape.
I airbrush the cresting on top of the reflective tape.
It sure makes it easier to find them.
