I've shot alot of Cari-bows and they are all a quality bow. Abe takes pride in what he does and delivers a great product. I own a Wolverine (the newest Cari-bow) and am very impressed with it. Great trade!

i have every model but the snowbird...my favorite is the Peregrine, but they are are all smooth and fast.  Look on Abe's website and he posts a link to Pete Ward's website where the Peregrine was tested.
The quality of work in all of his bows is topnotch.

They are all good. I have a Tuktu recurve, and a Silver Fox longbow and love them. I think I've shot every model he makes, and they all shoot well. His bows are all smooth shooting, and fast as well, which is a nice bonus. The fact they are all fantastic quality works of art doesn't hurt either!

I have a Silver fox takedown longbow with 2 sets of limbs--and another one coming.Fit and finish is impeccable;I know nothing about the snowbird---but if it is anything like the other models you will be very pleased.I got the takedown because I like takedowns.

larry...You ask about smootness and speed???? Let's just say ..."you won't be disappointed"! I'm still surprised how fast my arrow comes out of my Cari-bow after shooting my other trad. bows.

I have 2 Silver Fox LBs and previously owned a pair of Featherhorn LBs. Cant go wrong with Abes bows.

I shot one of his Snowbirds at a shoot a couple years ago. Should have bought it. I probably shot it as well as any bow I have ever shot. They look similar to a Peregrine, but are not quite as radical in limb design. I like the Snowbird. Really need to try one of his Wolverine LBs though.

All of the above.  I have a Featherhorn, and it has served me very well.  I shot a Snowbird about a year ago and was amazed that I was stacking arrows at 25 yards without any tuning.  It had a very nice feel to it, and all of his bows are among the smoothest and most pleasant I have shot.

I believe the Snowbird was somewhat of a prototype to the Peregrine.  It is somewhere between Featherhorn and Peregrine in terms of R/D and speed.

This thread made me pick up my Tuktu again, after ignoring it for a couple years. That new Silver Fox is hard to put down.
Anyway, hadn't shot the Tuktu in about two years, but the first 3 arrows out of it were in  3 inch circle at 20 yards, right where I was looking!!!Gotta love bows that do that for you!!!

I reviewed Abes Peregrine, and have shot several other models he makes. Every one has been a superb bow . His craftsmanship is at the top level.
