For those of you who have exp. hunting from blinds for turkeys, which one will accomodate a straight limbed (60") longbow??? (Other than Dbl Bull).
jf
Well i was about to say Dbl Bull til i reread your post. I can't speak for any of the other blinds but i can tell you that one works up to my 64 inch longbows.
Sorry i was zero help... :)
I am just curious if there is an affordable blind out there.

you'll have to cut and paste but should answer your questions  :campfire:
I have an ameristep (sp) that I can almost stand in and shoot. I use straight limb 66" longbows. I can't remimber the model, but it is 85 or 90 inches tall.
JD - it was the stackhouse.
Yes, Brian you are correct.
I have a Primos GroundMax Escape Deluxe. It is the tall version (75") and works great. They run around $150.
I'm getting some good ideas now. Just have to see what I can trade for one!!!

There are several taller blinds being made out there. The primos mentioned above is a good one. Ameristep has one or two models as well that should accommodate ya.
Warrior, I see you are from rural S.D., I,m from rural NE. I went to Country General, Tractor Supply, etc, they had Yukon Elites there 140.00 range. They are tall enough. Need to change out the tie down ropes, get longer stakes, your good to go. For some reason the wind wants to blow in our states.
I've used my 60" longbow in my Hidden Hunter blind. The guy in the Demo video is using a 60" longbow also...click on the "Setup Demo Movie" link. ron@shrewbows.com http://www.shrewbows.com/hiddenhunterblinds/index.html
