For those of you who use a bow quiver on your longbows....do you put your bow quiver on as close as possible to the grip? I notice some tension on my bow where I initially put it on and wondered if it might be better to get it as close as possible to the grip. Ideas?
As close to the riser as I can get it. You dont want it on the working part of the limb.

EXACTLY
Yep, what they said.
Get it past the fade-outs.
If it does not fit on the riser area it does not go on my bow-it goes over my shoulder.
not much more to be said here.......
I build bow quivers for a living......follow peacheys advice!
