I find myself perusing the classified section waaaayyyy to much now. Went from not shooting a bow for over 28 years to now owning a Martin X150 and a Southern Draw longbow I purchased from slayer1. Just got it today.
Great guy, included a bow sock I wasn't expecting with the bow. Thanks Scott. Love the bow.
Now I find myself looking over just about every RH longbow listed.
Who was it warned me I may be needing a spare room for my gear?
Sure is fun!!!!!!!!! Welcome back and way to jump right back in... :jumper:
You've got the early symptoms. You should seek treatment soon! I have found the only way to treat it is by adding another bow to the collection or building arrows or a quiver...... ;)
Have a piece of leather......already starting to design the quiver.
SOMEBODY STOP ME!!!!!
I ain't stoppin ya! Roll on brother, roll on! :campfire:
And thus it begins.... :D

hi my name is broketooth and im a traditional archery addict
I know exactly what you mean I started with one bow and a few arrows just to try it out and see what all the fuss is all about. Next I needed a few more arrows so I didnt have to walk to the target so often. Then I needed a backup bow in case something happened to the first one. Then I needed one that was shorter so I could hunt from a ground blind. Then I needed a few more arrows and a new glove and a new arm guard and some of these broadheads and some of those broadheads and some more arrows and a new fletcher and feathers and some more arrows and a feather chopper and a feather grinder ..................
dont even think of trying to resist. it is futile!! sell all extranious possessions that you do not use, and put all of that money into traditional archery. you will never look back!
My friend "there is a fine line between hobby and mental illness"
I fear that you may have crossed it.
