Come July 1St or before The Wife & I will be in The Great State of Tejas. Going there for a new start to hopefully a better life. We will be in the Wharton area at first. Then who knows where after that.
The Cold weather up here in Jersey is killing my hunting time, 2 damn cold for someone on blood thinners. I'm looking forward to chasing them Tejas Whitetail & Hogs again.
I hope, I just a chance to hunt with some of my Texan Tradganger Brothers/Sisters.
Good luck to you and your wife, enjoy the nearly year round hunting in Tx, sure beats the snow and ice we got here in the NE. Chris
Best of luck.

Good Luck Sal! Maybe some of us Jersey Folks can come down and visit and hunt!!!
Get a big piece of hunting ground and build a bunk house.

Welcome to the great state of Texas. Once you get used to the warm weather you will love it. Started out about 27 hear at the old homestead this mornin but will warm up to a nice 67 or 68. The night huntin for hogs is really great. Nothin like sittin in a huntin chair dressed all in black in the middle of the night with your corn about 8 yds away. Steve Shedd and I wrote a song about that the he put on his last CD ,Gone Huntin. The song is called Blood on the Tailgate. Check out his CD . He has some really great bowhuntin songs on there. www.steveshedd.com. (http://www.steveshedd.com.) Thanks, Bob
