I know sometime ago some of you have posted your RER Arroyo'S and after seeing "Whip's" post on Kevin and Sue's shop I would really like to see some different wood choices that you may have and would like to share...If you have pics of the limbs and tips in action that would be a plus...I am very partial to the Bocote and Zircote woods but any pics would be appreciated...I hope I can post this here on the POW WOW but if not could someone direct me to where please? Thanks and God Bless, Keefers <")))><
You should get some good responses here Keith. When it comes to looking at wood choices though don't limit yourself to just Arroyo pics. Any of the woods that you might like the looks of in other bows can be used in building an Arroyo.
I don't have pics and I am not a big recurve guy but I do have a 54" Arroyo and it is a sweet bow. Steve
These are father and son Arroyo's. They are not finished -- still with Kevin and Sue doing the finishing up touches.
I am big on Osage. Right one is all Osage and left is Osage and Waterfall Bubinga -- love the way Kevin and Sue do the fades.
