Hey Gang,
here's to Ron at KME sharpeners for being a top notch professional, hard worker, and overall good guy. It's not too often I come across folks who care more about their customers needs than selling products. Ron is this type of fella. He took the time with me on the phone to explain sharpening techniques and even directed me away when I was going to buy something I really didn't need, even though he would have made more money off the deal. Top notch!! Matt
Ron is a pleasure to deal with and knows his stuff.
Ron is great. He helped me out on the phone also. You can't beat the KME. Steve
Ron, Thank you.......
Yep. Spent a few sessions with him on the phone (even when I was using "other" products). Not many like him - classy guy. Glad to know him. AND HIS PRODUCTS ARE OUTSTANDING!!!!!!
You're sure right about Ron! Customer service extraordinaire! I bought one of his broadhead sharpeners last summer and was not adjusting it correctly and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Sent him an email and he responded with a phone call the very next morning. Figured out my problem and have been great since!
There was nothing wrong with the product, only the user :knothead: , and I really didn't expect a phone call. Service like that only comes from someone who cares! :notworthy:
Ya'll gonna make that boy bleed to death through his face now! :knothead:
I like Ron.

yup
I called Ron one day to ask him about, were he was on developing a three blade broad head sharpener.
An hour and a half later talking about traditional shooting I realized we really didn't talk much about his product.
Ron has a personality that can't be matched.
Thanks Ron for all your help and for just good conversation.

Ditto, Ditto, Ditto Ron is Top Shelf and a fantastic product all bow hunter's or hunters in general should own.
Same experience for me. great guy great product.
I agree with all of the above...Ron has helped me a great deal and has become a good friend. I especially appreciate how excited he was for me when I got my first deer this year.
I will also add that he's a humble "son of a gun" so this thread is probably killing him...ha! Too bad brother! Ha!
Sorry I won't be able to make it out to K-ZOO.
Good luck out there....
Christian
I think Ron is going to be at Kzoo doing a demo about sharpening if anyone is going....great product and even better person.
Can't beat Ron for customer service. :bigsmyl:  :clapper:
I agree, Ron is the man to talk sharpening any blades with! I've used the KME sharpener on everything in the house including Cutco Kitchen knives. Awesome!! His Sharpeners take the thinking & worrying about various angles on any knives or two bladed broadheads including Silver Flames.
