I like D97 myself: Fast and silent
F-Manny
I always ask the bowyers preference. On my Shrews I shoot 450+ on my Schafers I shoot Std.Fast Flight as well as my Stewart longbows. Big Ed
i,ve always used dacron B-50 never saw a need to try anything else. traditional to me means keeping it simple. dacron is easy to get and work with.no fancy calculations needed. 14-16 strand 3-ply for your avg hunting bow.never had one break
With the exception of one older bow all my recurves and longbows have D97.
I like D97 on my longbows,on recurves I'll ask the bowyer if it can handle the newer materials.Dacron only on my older recurves.
D97 for me too unless it's an oldie that needs B50.
D97 on my Widow. TS plus or D97 on my longbows.
Who makes a good bow string?
Bobby Graham, he is a sponsor here. Go into the sponsor classifieds and you will find him and his strings. Great product and a fine person to deal with.
D-97 for me and Bobby Graham makes'em!
D-97, ditto Bobby Graham!
What is Bobby Graham's co. listed as??
ttt
D-97 on all my bows. Kevins son at RERBows makes the best strings I have shot, don't know if they sell them seperate though. Shawn
I'm using TS-1 on all my bows except the Groves. I find it quieter and added some "zip" to my arrow flight. I also have D97 strings but for now, I'm staying with TS-1.
I like an 8 strand 8125 double served and padded to 16 in the loops. Steve
ts plus or d97.
