Greetings, This is my first time on Trad Gang. I've been lurking around some other sites for a while, ( I won't name them right now) and thought I'd come over and check this one out. I'm from Oklahoma where the wind does come sweeping down the plains
Welcome, sit and enjoy :campfire: :coffee:
Welcome Bob. I think you'll like it here.... Stick around a while.
Welcome Bob. I do miss Oklahoma. I'd like to get back out there one day. Glad to see ya here.

Welcome Bob. This is a great place to hang out. And you will find a few Oklahoma folk, natives and expatriates! Alas, I'm not one, being born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, but as the saying goes, "some of my best friends are Okies!"
RonP
Welcome Bob! :campfire: I'm a displaced OK myself. From around the Poteau, OK area. That's about 2 hours south of Tulsa. Lived all over there in the southeast part. Stigler, Vian, Spiro, Kinta etc. etc.

Mark and Tommy, I'm in Crescent, just north of OKC about 25 miles. I grew up in Stillwater...Go Pokes! Thanks for all the welcomes. Seems like some fine people on here.
Sorry - I'm a Sooner fan. But I'm sure we can get along. Are you a bowyer?
Welcome to da 'Gang! The guys and gals here are very knowledgeable and generous. You have come to the right place.
Wow, Rooselk, how'd you get that neat campfire on here?!?
Howdy bob, seems like we played you guys in football.I'm from depew originally.Welcome and glad your here. :campfire:
:campfire: :coffee:
Tommy, I don't take it too seriously (Cowboys) just kinda like to watch them play. I have lots of Sooner fan friends. I haven't had the nerve to try building a bow yet. I am fletching feathers etc. Built me a feather grinding jig the other night to start using wild turkey/goose feathers. It just feels right to make my own.
I've learned more tonight looking around on this site than I have in years on another site!
Bob you've definetly found the right place. I look forward to meeting you. PM sent.
