I posted a story back on Christmas day about a gentleman from Trad Gang named Billy Shipp. Take a moment to read the link and this will all make sense.

Overview: My son and I received a Super Shrew Limited bow and matching knife at 5:00 pm on Christmas Eve. It was an incredible "gift" from my good friend, met here on the Trad Gang, Billy Shipp.
I decided to hunt with the bow throughout our late Pennsylvania season hoping to fill either my buck tag or a doe tag. As fate would have it, Friday evening everything came together.
I had passed up a group of 9 does and yearlings early on. With 30 minutes left of day light another group of 7 swung wide past me with a small buck following the group. They all moved out to the corn field. At last light a straggler came through. With my opportunity of a buck fading I decided to take the 20 yard shot at what I assumed was a lone doe I had seen several times. My shot was true and a 30 yard recovery made for a great evening. As you can see my doe ended up being a rather nice buttom buck. What an ending to another great season!
Thank you again to our friend Billy, what an incredible gift for my son and I.

Good going Tim. It does my heart good to know you are enjoying the bow....now that you've taken a deer with the bow don'tcha think it's time to pass it on down to Tim Jr?
Great picture by the way.
Billy
Billy,
Tim Jr. is going to be 17 years old in a few weeks. You remember that age, perfume and gasoline! Usually when I see him I introduce myself....hoping he gets the hint that I'd like to see him around more often.
As for the bow and passing it down....let's not give him any ideas! :knothead:
I've got a few good photos but I picked this one because I still "kind of" look about the same size as him. :(
.
Tim you closed that loop real nice like. If he is going to PSU....heha and hang on for the ride. I have been there and done it. tom
Nice pic. Tim you must be kneeling on a Cinder Block.LOL
Congrats and well done!
 :clapper:
Way to go Tim. Hey those trees look familiar. I think it's only fair that you keep the bow and your son gets the knife and guts all your deer for you.
I've already had him drag a few "long ones" this year, let's not ask too much from the little guy! :saywhat:
Awesome!!! Great story.
Bill

John....not much chance of this little bow seeing NY, maybe Denton Hill where you're more than welcome to take her for a spin!
Haven't heard much from Mr. Webster. Having to go back to school after Christmas break has probably done wore him out! :readit:
Congrats
Nicely done! On everyone's part.
I'll take you up on that sir!
I think your right about Bill. I saw him last thur. at Wildwood archery club. He was tottin that new (to him) widow he got from Buckster. Nice shooter! He also brought along a couple of bows he was trying to peddle. Nang that man!
I don't see too much of Scott anymore.
He's pretty busy :saywhat:
I did see the Schafer limbs for sale but didn't pay too much attention to em. I'll bet your right thought.
Tim
That is a great picture and memory to cherish!
Congratulations buddy.
Old scott is lurking and diving when the time is right. He is always working behind the scene. Has been chasin big bunnies in the Addys these days.
